HQ Modular Manifolds


For liquid cooling applications where a single feed is required to provide multiple outlets, Hydraquip are able to offer custom built manifolds with suitable outlets to suit individual projects.

Manufactured from hygienic grade stainless steel and supplied in bore sizes up to DN100 (4”) in 3mtr lengths (other lengths available on request) these manifolds offer modular assembly and are fitted with hygienic flange ends in stainless steel that offer ease of connection and disconnection. Depending on the project multiple outlets can be provided one sided, 180° opposite or set at a vertical 90° configuration, for whichever is best suited. Typically these outlets are threaded for connection to a flexible feed or return hose with the option of additional CEJN quick release couplings also available in either non-drip or straight through in aluminium, brass and stainless steel.

Additional components can be added to the manifold with ease using the hygienic flange connections and include isolation valves and flexible stainless steel hose assemblies in various lengths. Other options include a range of WIKA flow switches which can become an integral part of the construction.

Hygienic stainless steel offers a clean, non-degrading or contaminating inner. Modular assembly and disassembly offers time saving features and tool free assembly of the main manifold. With standard 3mtr lengths these can be joined to provide longer lengths with ease. Each manifold is 100% pressure tested post manufacture and supplied with permanent tagging and test certification for full traceability.
